1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Free on orders over ₹500. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: ₹50 flat rate. Delivery within 2-3 business days.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. (Adjust this if you do ship internationally, specifying countries, rates, and delivery times.)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, shipping carrier delays, and customs processing (for international orders).
7. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
8. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us for further assistance.
